HI95761-01 is a high-quality, pre-prepared reagent that allows users to achieve fast and accurate colorimetric measurements. These reagents follow an adaptation of the EPA recommended method 330.5, in which the reaction between total chlorine and DPD reagent causes a pink tint in the sample. By adding HI95761-0 reagents to the sample, the reaction will take place and the compatible Hanna HI96761 portable meter will determine the concentration of the color produced.
Results will be displayed in mg/L (ppm) of total chlorine. These reagents are designed for use with samples that have an expected range of 0.000 to 0.500 mg/L free chlorine.
