The temperature of the two aluminium plates, with a size of 12 cm x 6 cm, can be individually controlled, providing utmost precision and control of the extraction process. Based on our experience, we advise you to set both plates to a similar temperature.

The press is fitted with an alarm timer, a detail that will please the most demanding users. The desired duration is set, then an acoustic signal indicates the correct time to end the pressing process.

The press weighs 19kg. Its robust structure makes this press totally stable, standing up to the pressing process without showing any fragility.
